Pumpkin Crisp

With Thanksgiving just around the corner, I thought I would share one of my absolute favorite desserts to make this time of year. It is called a Pumpkin Crisp Cake and it tastes awesome and is relatively easy to make. Hope y'all enjoy it!

Ingredients:

  • 1 can (15oz) pumpkin
  • 1 cup evaporated milk
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla
  • 1/2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
  • 1 box (18oz) classic yellow cake mix
  • 1 cup (2 sticks) melted butter
Instructions
  1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Mix the first 5 ingredients together.
  3. Pour this mixture into a greased 9x12 Pyrex pan
  4. Open cake mix package and sprinkle evenly over the top of the mixture
  5. Drizzle the melted butter over all of this
  6. Put cake in oven and bake for 1 hour and 5 minutes
If you want to make it look fancier, or just add extra flavor whipped cream on top tastes wonderful!
